At GlowTayo, we want you to love every product you purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, weβre here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
- If the customer requests a return or exchange but the item is not damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent, the delivery/return shipping charge must be paid by the customer.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item on arrival
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, swatched, or unsealed products
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Products with allergic reactions (GlowTayo is a reseller; results vary by skin type)
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
- Refund processing may take 2β3 business days.
