At GlowTayo, we want you to love every product you purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • If the customer requests a return or exchange but the item is not damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent, the delivery/return shipping charge must be paid by the customer.
  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged item on arrival

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, swatched, or unsealed products
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Products with allergic reactions (GlowTayo is a reseller; results vary by skin type)

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refund processing may take 2–3 business days.
